I have personally been involved in Operation Warm Heart since 2014, witnessing numerous beautiful souls finding their way in life seeking temporary shelter for the cold winter months. Men and women from all walks of life - all somehow ending up in a terrible scenario of trying to find shelter, or sleep on the streets and risk harm or death. COVID-19 has exasperated this, as people lose their jobs, incomes, and lives. In order to run Operation Warm Heart this year, we need to take herculean steps. These funds, if we reach our goal, will be used to help keep these people safe and fed in a temporary shelter while they receive services to escape the streets.
